- Where do I find my UPS Tracking
Number?

will be emailed a UPS shipping confirmation and tracking number when
your order ships. The Tracking Number can be found with that shipping confirmation
email.

- How long does it take before an order
usually ships?
- -Most orders are
shipped within two business days. (Tube bender orders are an
exception, they are shipped from the manufacturer, and may take up to
two weeks to deliver)

- Does UPS Ship on the Weekends?
- -No, UPS does not ship on weekends.
- -Orders placed after 1:00 PM Pacific Time will usually ship the next business day
- -Expedited
orders placed over the weekend cannot be processed until the following
Monday.

- Orders of a value greater than $200
will require signature at time of delivery.
International Shipping
is available but limited. (Contact us for inquires). We will not ship
to China, Bulgaria, Nigeria, Romania, Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia,
Singapore, and most of Africa. We will not ship international on 3rd party
accounts (please do not ask!).
